I am a fully qualified Registered Nutritional Therapist having graduated from the prestigious UK College of Nutrition and Health (BCNH). I am a full member of the British Association for applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
Although I am fully qualified I regularly attend CDP lectures and seminars to stay on top of the latest scientific research. I firmly believe it is important to bring science and nature together to create the most effective nutritional programme. Everyone is different which is why I have a client centred approach with tailored nutritional therapy.
Being a mother of 3, I understand the impact of having a busy life and not wanting to spend hours in the kitchen cooking or planning!
