This is a great dairy-free breakfast option. Avocados contain healthy omega-9 fats which are important for optimal brain function, and will also help absorb fat soluble vitamins if taking. Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocade stoned
- 500 ml almond milk/ coconut milk sugar free
- 1-2 tbsp raw cacao powder to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 250 g raspberries fresh or frozen
